Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services, and sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of these Terms will survive termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The failure of Quorbe to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, along with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quorbe regarding the use of our services.
